• Discover the WOMCOM Catalogue: Explore the diverse works created during the artist residencies, including contributions from a wide range of talented female comic artists. The catalog serves as both a showcase of their work and a valuable tool for young artists seeking to boost their careers.
• Engage with the WOMCOM Digital Platform: Learn about this interactive platform designed to connect comic artists, illustrators, and creators, offering a space to collaborate and access opportunities across Europe and the Balkans.
• Spotlight on Diversity and Empowerment:
  • Jovan Gvero, Artistic Director, and Marija Popović, Project Coordinator, will discuss the impact of the WOMCOM project, emphasizing its role in promoting gender equality, offering mentorship, and providing opportunities such as the Angoulême visit, individual exhibitions, and publishing opportunities.
  • Research Presentation: The event will feature the presentation of the research “Gender in Contemporary Comics: Representation of Gender Roles in European Author Comics Published in Serbia between 2021 and 2023.” The authors of the study, Slađana Jeremić and Dajana Osmani from the Center for Women's Studies, along with Irena Jovanović from Mini Bookvica, will share their findings.
