Ivana Geček (b. 1996) is a comic author, illustrator, and graphic designer based in Zagreb, originating from Varaždin, Croatia. She earned her degree in Applied Graphics at the Academy of Applied Arts in Rijeka and completed her master's in Visual Communications and Graphic Design at the same institution in 2021. During her academic journey, she spent two semesters in Düsseldorf and Oviedo as part of the Erasmus programme, where she enriched her illustration and design skills.
In her artistic practice, Geček focuses on the ups and downs of everyday life, pop culture, and feminism. Her work includes illustrations for magazines, picture books, posters and booklet designs, as well as contributions to various comic zines. Her comics have been published in Croatia (OHOHO zine, Strip-Prefiks, Strop, Komikaze, Hrvatski godišnjak stripa) and Sweden (CBA zine).
